Really happy with the photos, there was a good mix of poses, not just the same kind of shot over and over. Which made it a lot easier to choose a few favourites. The site was simple to use too, so... yeah, I’d definitely use it again

I made an account on Got Photo today and it was straightforward. The email and password part worked fine, and logging back in afterwards was quick too. It’s always nice when a site doesn’t make you jump through hoops just to get started. Has anyone else had the same smooth experience with it?

We ended up finding exactly what we needed for school photos. There were plenty of products and package options to choose from, so it made the whole process easy and not overwhelming.

Some came really fast, then other ones felt late, or just not saying much in a clear way. I think it would be better if the notifications said exactly what stage the order is in, because I was sort of guessing a few times. Not a terrible experience, just a bit hard to follow

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, especially with the kids, but the photographer ended up being really professional. They were polite, calm, and somehow managed to keep the kids comfortable too. I kept wondering if it would get stressful, but it really didn’t.

I was really pleased they offered a retake because my son blinked in the first photo and I thought we’d be stuck with it. Booking another slot was straightforward, compared with the usual school photo chaos and what other parents seemed to be dealing with, this was painless. The new photo turned out much better, so it was great to have the option without a big hassle

The individual photos were fine, but trying to find the sibling and group shots was a bit confusing. At first I thought they might be missing altogether, so I ended up raising it to check rather than keep clicking around. I did find them in the end, but it felt more awkward than it needed to be. It would be much clearer if photos for siblings or multiple children were easier to spot when ordering

I used the QR code the school gave us to find the photos, and it did work eventually. It just took me a few tries, and the page seemed kind of slow, though I’m not sure if that was the site or my phone. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I think it could be a bit easier to use.
